Just another day...

Lunch ended up being a garden salad with more homemade croutons & shredded yellow & green zucchini with raw cheddar cheese atop... with oil & vinegar, of course. Deliciously satisfying!

Dinner was green beans...

And shrimp alfredo, homemade sauce, soooo yummy!

We are down to one pound of our raw butter. *sigh* Hopefully we'll make it through the week on that; the hubby had to take his car in to the shop yesterday and the total was catastrophic on our bank account. Ugh. Well, at least we have new tires to show for it, eh? I s'pose.

I discovered Joel Salatin yesterday. I love this article. He's an amazing person... I'm surprised I hadn't heard of him before!
