Weighty issues

So this past week my diet has consisted of about 55% good fats (mainly from animals, grass-fed, and a reliable EVOO). I haven't had any desserts, haven't craved any sugar, haven't missed my grains & carbs (I do still eat sprouted bread).

Lo (haha, yes!) and behold, I haven't gained a POUND.

I FEEL BETTER, my hubby says I look better, I have more energy, I am WAY more satiated, the list goes on...

Here's a few of our recent eats:

Liver, fried in butter & EVOO, with butter added afterward as well :)


Chicken-bone broth, slow cooked for over 24 hours...
seared smoked-ham steak...
DELISH grilled cheese (sprouted bread, raw cheddar, EVOO) & salad...
BAKED CHICKEN! (my very own ground whole wheat, too!) :)
